Table1:
Mass | Kilogram | kg |
Length | Metre | m |
Capacity | Litre | l |
Mass:
The mass is measured in unit called kilograms. There are smaller units of mass measurements called grams and milligram
1kg = 1000 g
1g = 1000 mg
Length:
The standard unit of length is metre in metric system.
1km = 1000 m
1m = 100 cm
1cm = 10 mm
Capacity:
The volume of a liquid is measured in units of capacity. The water in a bucket is measured in this unit.
1l = 1000 ml
