Uses of computers
In this chapter, we will talk about the application of computers in our day to day life. Computer sir used for the personal work as well as for the office work. there are many places where computers are used like in your school for all the students data, vah in the hospitals for patient records, in the banks, in the markets for maintaining customer records.
We will understand below, how the computers are used in each of the places mentioned above..
Computer’s use in office:
In offices the computers are used to send emails and communicate with each other in different meetings. they are also used to get the printout of many documents. Due to use of computers, the physical documentation need has come down drastically. Most of the office documents nowadays are maintained electronically in computer hard drives.
Computer’s use in Bank:
Computer are used to store the the information about each customer’s bank account. it also enables to print the relevent information in customers passbook using the help of a printer. computer also help to withdraw and deposit money e using a machine which is called ATM ( Automated Teller Machine).
Computer’s used in hospital
In hospitals as well, computers help in reducing the physical documentation of each patient’s data. Computers are also used by experts to diagnose a patient disease.
computers used in shopping mall:
In a shopping mall the computers are used for billing and payment section. With the help of computers, the shopping and billing is made simple.
Computer use in school:
Computers are used in school for many purposes. These include : maintaining the student records, teaching on projector, publishing the notice and circular.
Computer use in research:
Computer are used in many field research. For example, they are used for research in treatment of diseases. They are also used for research in space.
Computers used in designing:
computers are used in many design areas. for example computers are used to design buildings, also used to design cars and bikes, they are also used to design wearables like shoes and clothes etc.
